Rick Fain - Real Estate Professional

Rick is a native of Asheville, North Carolina, and a graduate of NC State University. He and his family enjoyed a second home here in the Charleston area for several years before deciding to make the Charleston coast their permanent residence. They have lived here for nine years, and love it.

As well as residential sales, Rick is involved with construction and sales of both speculative and custom homes. He also specializes in putting together LLCs and partnerships for groups interested in investment opportunities in local real estate.

If you want to make the islands your home away from home ... desire a chic city loft in downtown Charleston ... or anticipate a move to a primary residence in Mount Pleasant or the surrounding areas, please give Rick a call. He can help you cover all the bases.

Our History

Dunes Properties of Charleston is a real estate, vacation rental and property management company.

We began with a single office and three employees in 1989.  Today, we represent the Lowcountry with almost 100 exclusive beach vacation rental properties, 50 real estate agents and employees, multiple new home and condominium developments and many plans for the future.
We are still locally owned and operated. Our offices serve Charleston, Daniel Island, Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, Kiawah, Mt. Pleasant, Seabrook Island, Sullivan's Island and Wild Dunes.

We know and love Charleston and the Lowcountry. That is why this business began and that is the reason we are still successful today.

Whether it's a vacation home, an investment or a primary residence, real estate is always an important purchase, and it deserves the attention of a dedicated professional. How can we serve you? Let us know today. Call 800.476.8444 today or use this form.
